This rich creamy dressing is made with greek yogurt and pomegranate vinegar. Experiment with different olive oils to change the flavors such as Meyer Lemon and Valencia Orange Olive Oils or use any of our non-flavored oils. Keep this recipe in mind for the holidays we well. It pairs well with a harvest salad containing turkey, cranberries, apples and nuts.
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsps Dry Creek Olive Co. Olive Oil
2 tbsps honey
3 tbsps Dry Creek Olive Co. Pomegranate Vinegar
1 tsp Dry Creek Olive Co. Balsamic Vinegar
Kosher salt and black ground pepper to taste
Pour all ingredients into a mason jar
Shake or whisk to combine
Pour over salad and enjoy
To spice up this dressing add 1 tsp of stone ground mustard and a clove of garlic.
