Combine all ingredients for your marinade.
Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least two hours. This will enhance the flavors, and the chicken will be super moist on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.
Drain chicken well and grill on the stovetop, in the oven, or on the BBQ until fully cooked, about 5 minutes on each side. Season with additional salt if needed.
Slice and place in corn or flour tortillas and top with fresh salsa, sliced avocados, and sour cream.
