Introducing our newest red wine blend we call Intertwined. This alluring blend is created by combining Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyard elevations in the Red Hills Appellation up to 2,600 feet and rich soils from volcanic origins that trigger thicker grape skins, prominent tannins, intense blackberry, and cassis. We combined this with our Estate Stone Soup, where stone-strewn soils produce bold, juicy, elegant flavors. Take in violets, black currant, and anis on the nose with dark cherry and rhubarb pie mid-palate and a smooth, prolonged finish.
We love this wine with charcoal broiled rib-eye steak, BBQ baby back ribs, sirloin burgers with blue cheese, pork with prunes, smoked sausage Jambalaya, and ravioli with meat sauce. You can also marinate your meat in this wine, enjoy it with curry dishes, and last but certainly not least, cheese!
