The carefully curated blend of delicate Spanish Arbequina, grown in trellised rows, and the traditionally planted, robust Italian and herbaceous Greek varietals combine to create a bold and spicy oil with a unique buttery palate. This oil is a tribute to the rich olive-growing tradition of our Estate.
