Our Estate olive oil is a true celebration of the diverse flavors and characteristics of the nearly 20 varietals grown on our home ranch. The carefully curated blend of delicate Spanish Arbequina, grown in trellised rows, and the traditionally planted, robust Italian and herbaceous Greek varietals, come together to create a bold and spicy oil with a unique and buttery palate. This oil is a true representation of the terroir and the hard work of our dedicated farmers, a true tribute to the rich olive-growing tradition of our Estate.
